With over 30 years of recruiting experience, Jane was a nationally-ranked, award-winning recruiter within MRI before founding Northstar Recruiting in 2000. Since 2001, her focus has been Physical and Logical Access Control, starting initially with Biometrics and Identity Management in 2001, then expanding to full Physical Access and Logical Access within a few years, and now expanding into Mobility as technology advances. She’s been called the industry’s “Den Mother,” and her strongest talent is her ability to listen and match candidates to job requirements while considering the many factors that go into making a candidate selection or a job change decision.

During the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, Jane wrote Surviving the Job Search, a complete end-to-end guide on how to write a resume, find job opportunities, navigate the interview process, and negotiate job offers.
